Up North Communications was established in 2015 by managing director, Craig Downs. An experienced PR and marketing professional, Craig has first-hand experience of marketing products and services in the public, private and third sectors.

He has held senior PR and marketing roles for a national retailer, local authority, housing association and public relations agency before setting up his own agency. Craig holds a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree, an Advanced Diploma in Enterprise Management and Diploma in Marketing.

He is married with two daughters and enjoys running, travelling and watching football in his spare time.
